Terms & Conditions
DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR
We will diagnose and repair equipment in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of our service as long as the appliance is:
- Safe and easily accessible for diagnosis and repair by our authorised technician
- Located in a safe and sanitary environment
LIABILITY
We aim to diagnose and repair malfunctions on the first visit, but this may not always be possible. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a misdiagnosis or delay in diagnosis or repair. If we are unable to rectify or repair a problem covered by our service, or if a replacement part fails, our sole responsibility will be to fix the problem and, if necessary, provide an additional replacement part.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, consequential or economic damages, or for loss or damage to any person or property, whether indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the equipment, except as provided by law.
UNAVAILABLE PARTS OR NON-REPAIRABLE APPLIANCE
We try to locate a replacement part or an appropriate substitute as quickly as reasonably possible, but limited availability of certain parts may result in delays from time to time. If a part is no longer available or we cannot obtain it at a commercially reasonable cost, we will not be liable for replacing the equipment. If the part is no longer available or the equipment cannot be repaired, either of us may terminate the service agreement.
EQUIPMENT NOT READILY ACCESSIBLE
Circumstances in which the appliance is not readily accessible to our authorised technician include but are not limited to, where your appliance is located in a crawlspace, attic or in a location where an authorised technician cannot safely or easily access it. In such cases, we will not provide service and will consider your appliance unfit for service. If one of our authorised technicians determines that your equipment is not suitable for service under our service agreement, we will terminate our service agreement.
