Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 3 business hours in advance. For example, if your appointment is scheduled between 12pm-4pm, you must notify us by 9am on the same day. Please do not leave a voicemail if you call outside of business hours.

To cancel a service call, you must speak to a live agent who will provide you with a cancellation code over the phone. Please follow our cancellation policy to avoid a service call fee of CAD$125 + tax. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the initial appointment.
