This refund policy describes when and how you can receive a refund. By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, Alpha Appliance customers are bound by them. Before using our services, it is important to read the following terms and conditions carefully. The agreement between the client named in the estimate or order and Alpha Appliance (the “Company”) is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. These Terms & Conditions are collectively referred to as the “Agreement” between the two parties.


The fee charged for diagnostic services is non-refundable. At Alpha Appliance, we perform diagnostics on numerous household appliances every day. As a result, we offer this service to help assess the condition of the appliance and determine if it can be repaired. Factors such as heavy wear and tear, misuse, or external causes can render an appliance irreparable. If the client chooses to proceed with the repair after the diagnostic service, the technician call fee will be waived. By ordering a diagnostic service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, and we will send a technician to you as requested.


At times, Alpha Appliance may need to order spare parts to complete your service request and provide quality service. If you request to cancel the order after the technician has already placed it, certain rules will apply. Alpha Appliance will withhold 30% of the cost of the part, along with $30 for shipping and handling. Additionally, the diagnostic fee will also be deducted from your deposit. We must comply with the Terms & Conditions of the spare parts supplier to provide the best service possible, and the cancellation fee covers the cancellation costs on our part. However, you can cancel your order within 15 minutes of the technician placing the order without any consequences. By requesting a replacement part, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


In case the repair done by Alpha Appliance was completed over 3 months ago, and the warranty period has expired, we are unable to offer you a refund as per the Terms & Conditions (Warranty), which is limited to a maximum of 3 months. If you need your appliance to be diagnosed and repaired, kindly schedule a new appointment with Alpha Appliance.


If you suspect that Alpha Appliance has made an incorrect diagnosis of your appliance, please keep the receipt given by our representative as proof. Additionally, to confirm the misdiagnosis, you can provide an invoice from another company that diagnosed your appliance and found a different issue than what we identified. This will help support your claim and demonstrate any errors made during the initial diagnosis. Furthermore, if you have replaced any parts after our diagnosis, please keep the receipt as well. Once we have verified all the information and confirmed our misdiagnosis, we will begin the refund process.


Alpha Appliance strives to meet each client’s unique needs and makes every effort to fulfil them. Once the repair, including the installation of any ordered parts, is complete, the technician will conduct a test to ensure that the repaired appliance is fully functional. Upon confirmation by both the customer and the technician, the repair will be considered complete and invoiced, and a warranty will be issued immediately. Therefore, we are unable to provide a refund for labour costs after the repair has been confirmed as complete. If the repaired appliance shows signs of malfunction after the repair is completed, the warranty will take effect.


Alpha Appliance provides a 3-month warranty after completing a repair service to cover potential reoccurrences of the same issue. However, if a customer refuses to use the provided warranty and reports a new or similar problem with the appliance, we cannot offer a refund for labor costs, new parts installed, or any other expenses. This is because we cannot verify if the issue is a result of incorrect repair or an entirely different problem unrelated to the original one.


Alpha Appliance strives to provide efficient service by sourcing replacement parts or finding suitable substitutes promptly. However, due to the limited availability of certain parts, there may be delays in obtaining them. If a part is no longer available or cannot be obtained at a reasonable cost, we cannot be held responsible for replacing the equipment.


We will make reasonable efforts to contact the Customer via phone or email in case of a violation of these Terms & Conditions. However, we reserve the right to take necessary actions to protect its interests, which may include immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
