I needed some service on the fridge when the water dispenser and ice maker stopped working. I knew the reason, just needed it fixed. I searched Mr Google and found Appliance Repair Expert so gave them a call. I was pleasantly surprised at the next day booking and the explanation of fees up front. My expectations were set. The tech communicated arrival as anticipated, showed up when scheduled and did a thorough review of the issue. Then he provided a quote for parts and service. It was in range of expectation so I agreed. He communicated with me his expected arrival times for the actual repair and followed through. When the repair was done he was able to provide the invoice and take my payment. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient with the repair. From contact to completion I was always sure of a good outcome. I have no problem highly recommending Appliance Repair Expert for your appliance needs.

We called for an appointment regarding our washing machine and were able to have someone come out same day. Alex came into our home and immediately put shoe covers on to walk to our washing machine that was across hardwood floors and down stairs that were carpet. Much appreciated. He was able to assess the issue and then share with us the appropriate repair very quickly. He then informed us of the cost of his labor. Asking if he should proceed or if we felt we could do the repair ourselves. We told him to do the repair. He followed up the next morning to ask if everything was working with our washing machine. We feel we had excellent customer service and Alex was very respectful and courteous.

My dryier was broken and needed an urgent fix. We normally don’t find a technician to come for the same day. However, they managed to find one for me. The technician was very professional and quickly find and fix the problem. The price was also reasonable. I would highly recommend their service.

Appliance Repair Expert (Ahmad) did a great job repairing my dishwasher. He was very friendly and very professional. He took extra care to let me know ahead of time that the vacuum would be loud and hoped it wouldn’t startle my dog. He cleaned the area really well after the service and took the time to explain the issue. Overall I was quite happy with the service and would recommend using this Company for appliance repair. I really appreciated the follow up call the next day asking about the service that was done.

Wonderful service! Our fridge stopped working and we were told by Lincoln Appliance that they had nobody available for 5 days! I then called Alpha Appliance repair and they had a technician out that same afternoon! Unfortunately it was our compressor so we opted to buy a new refrigerator but the technician suggested a couple of brands that usually stand up better than LG and have parts that are easily accessible (Frigidaire and Whirlpool); we were grateful for the suggestion. We would not hesitate to contact Alpha Appliance again in the future.
