I found this service online. Completed the online request and a serviceman arranged to come within a day. The process was efficient and quick and all questions asked were answered to my satisfaction. Text notification let me know the service man was on the way and he arrived promptly and was very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Good service, problem solved in timely manner

The response was very prompt and courteous. Repair technician arrived the following day and quickly diagnosed the issue with our washing machine. Parts were ordered immediately and repair was completed satisfactorily the next day.

Appliance Repair Expert (Ahmad) did a great job repairing my dishwasher. He was very friendly and very professional. He took extra care to let me know ahead of time that the vacuum would be loud and hoped it wouldn’t startle my dog. He cleaned the area really well after the service and took the time to explain the issue. Overall I was quite happy with the service and would recommend using this Company for appliance repair. I really appreciated the follow up call the next day asking about the service that was done.

My Samsung fridge was making a terrible noise, called the company and they had an appointment for same day. I asked for a few days later actually and they were able to accommodate. The repair person was very friendly and assessed the issues and identified that an internal fan was not working. He told me that it needed to be ordered and would take a few weeks as not available in BC. As my surprise, he called the following day and told me that was able to find the part and could come immediately. He arrived in 15 min with the part and fixed the fridge. It works very well now, like new. If wasn’t fixed, I’m sure the fridge would be beyond repair as was running basically 24 hours a day to keep the temperature. Excellent service, excellent repair person. And a week later, customer service contacted me asking about the repair and If I was satisfied… yes very much and highly recommended. I will be able to use my fridge for a few more years.

Tech arrived in expected timeframe and was able to replace a broken part fairly quickly for my dryer. Dryer is currently working again, fingers crossed the replacement does the trick long-term.
