Great service! Making the appointment was easy online, they called promptly to verify a time. I got a same day appointment and the tech was actually early rather than having to wait all day. The tech was professional, honest and thorough. He told me it would be cheaper to buy new than to fix the old and I just paid the diagnosis fee which for all the work he did, was fair. I recommend this company and would use them again but hopefully not soon since we’re getting a new appliance! Lol

UPDATE: After posting this and sending my escalation, the manager personally called me. He was very professional, assured me they are working to improve their technician service, and agreed to issue a full refund. This shows that while they may sometimes have issues with individual technicians, management is committed to making things right and resolving disputes fairly. I really appreciate them stepping up to fix the situation. Extremely disappointed with this service and their complete lack of communication. I called them because my dishwasher was getting stuck on the rinse cycle and failing to drain. I was explicitly told scheduling a technician visit would cost $89, and any additional charges would require a quote and my consent. Instead, the technician spent a few minutes looking at the drain pipe, ran a quick reset, and insisted the issue was fixed. He demanded $150+tax on the spot, claiming the fix was part of the “diagnosis,” completely bypassing the promised $89 flat rate consent rule. He refused to wait for a full cycle to complete, assuring me it would work and promising he would return if it didn’t. Unsurprisingly, the moment I ran a full cycle, the exact same issue occurred. When I called him back, he refused to return and simply guessed over the phone that it needed a $378 motherboard replacement. I was overcharged, the appliance was never actually fixed, and when I called customer service, they told me to send an email. I sent a formal escalation email detailing all of this to the manager on 18th June, and the company has completely ignored it. Save your money and go with a company that actually honors their pricing and fixes the problem.

I had Malik as my service repair technician. We communicated through phone only as I was working, my son was home to let him in throughout the service. Malik was professional and diagnosed the issues with my washing machine and ordered the parts. When the parts came in he called and said he could be at my home between 1-5pm. He called at 1240pm and said he was done! Fast efficient and great. I was eager to get to try my washing machine, all is good. Very happy with the whole experience! Thank you so much Malik! I took a photo and sent it directly to Malik. He came and looked at my washer again. He said the transmission was leaking the water and it would cost more. I am not putting more money into the washer when I can replace it later. Malik said he would mention it to his office. I opened my bank info to find they refunded $200!! Thats 1/3 of the service call!! I am super impressed with the whole experience – will definately recommend to anyone and everyone I see ☺️💯😊🎉 **

Mike was absolutely wonderful to deal with! Our dishwasher backed up on a Wednesday night, called Alpha Thursday morning at 830 and by 12pm Mike was at our door! He diagnosed and fixed the problem super quick. After he fixed the blockage issue the dishwasher was giving an error code and Mike stayed under the issue was resolved, which again was fixed pretty quick! While at my home, Mike was courteous and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend based on our experience and would definitely hire Alpha again.

Wonderful service! Our fridge stopped working and we were told by Lincoln Appliance that they had nobody available for 5 days! I then called Alpha Appliance repair and they had a technician out that same afternoon! Unfortunately it was our compressor so we opted to buy a new refrigerator but the technician suggested a couple of brands that usually stand up better than LG and have parts that are easily accessible (Frigidaire and Whirlpool); we were grateful for the suggestion. We would not hesitate to contact Alpha Appliance again in the future.
