They are the only appliance specialists i’ll ever call on again. Alpha appliance’s technicians were able to fix my fridge’s broken compressor faster than i expected. And when i asked them to check my microwave (because the plate didn’t work), they kindly agreed. Thank you for your prompt and efficient sub-zero refrigerator replacement. Of course, there’s a microwave plate on which to turn again.

Before it broke down, i never thought the range hood was such an integral part of my kitchen. This repair service was, in fact, a real help! The technician fixed it right away. He actually just replaced a small part there, a fuse, if i’m not mistaken, and that was it. 5/5!

We hired a technician from this company to repair our commercial freezer. The unit had a huge freeze and started making strange noises. So the technician fixed the defrost system and replaced one of the faulty fan motors. Job well done! The freezer is now running smoothly..

I contacted these guys for the Whirlpool refrigerator repair, my unit was not cooling enough. The technician figured out that the compressor failed. He offered to replace it with a spare the next day, but we agreed on my next free day (in 3 days). He did it and I am satisfied with the result.

I had a issue with the LG cooler, and this repair company made a difference enormously. They sent me a genuine master, well-equipped and gifted; he settled the ice chest in half an hour. Malik, our repair person was great. His visit was the second diagnostic person to look at our fridge. The first service repair person took two trips (and charged) to diagnose; didn’t fix the first problem and came back with a recommendation the second time with ‘get a new fridge’. Malik diagnosed the same problems and took the time to FIX the problems at a reasonable price. Bravo. One less fridge in landfill. Thank-you Malik!

We had requested service on our built-in ice maker that was clogging up. Service reviewed the condition and noted that it is a design problem with no fix. All that can be done is to ensure emptying the ice maker daily to eliminate the overproduction. Helpful but disappointing to learn. Service was professional and courteous.

Had an appointment scheduled and the tech Mehedi was kind enough to reach out earlier in the week to come by to assess the washer just in case a part was needed (good to see proactiveness). Mehedi was kind, courteous, and wanted to ensure that I wouldn’t overspend on my repair. He disassembled the entire washer to diagnose the appropriate issue and based on his findings was kind enough to advise that the part plus labour would be even more than a comparable washer brand new. Even though Mehedi didn’t end up repairing the washer he provided me the best financial option for me. I would definitely call this company again for future appliance repairs/assessment.

We just had Alpha Appliance Repair here on Saturday to work on our Whirlpool Fridge. The technician was excellent; worked quickly, was very knowledgable and most importantly – he was honest. Everything was great. Our dryer stopped spinning. We requested a call a call online, they called back within 30 minutes. They showed up 3-4 hours later. Fixed the problem on the spot (45 mins total). We haven’t had another issue with the dryer since.

The service employee, Sam, simply did an amazing job. He didn’t push to fix it, did a proper evaluation of how much it would cost to fix it. He gave us different suggestions for a new dishwasher. I contacted Appliance Repair Expert and the overall experience was great. Their technician Aqeel Ramiyevy set up appointment for June 21 to assess and repair our Whirlpool Gas Oven. He quickly evaluated and found the control board was dysfunctional. It took a few days to secure the control board and once it arrived he installed it quickly. The oven works great now.. My Maytag fridge was not cooling although freezer drawer was working. I called for repair on Wed. And the technician (Aqeel Ramiev) arrived on Thurs. He quickly diagnosed the problem but I needed a part so he said he would be back on Sat. afternoon as Fri was his day off. He arrived on schedule and replaced the circuit board in short order.
