I had a wonderful experience with this company. The person who came to fix my 20 year old dishwasher was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He assessed I needed a new handle but had to track one down. He did as such and by the evening, my dishwasher was back in working condition and I’m hoping it will be such for another 20 years.
