The tech was by our home, a little later than expected, but he was thorough and advised me of the cost of the new part. It was $800.00 without taxes or installation. He advised it may be better to look for a new washer, which is what I did.

My fridge stopped working and I had this company come out to assist. The representative was timely, professional and pleasant. He got to work diagnosing the fridge’s issues and he found that the problem would cost almost as much as a new fridge. Instead of pressuring me to fix, he encourage looking at buying a new appliance. He was quick and thorough. I would use this company again!
