Error codes list for Samsung Washer
Code Error Solution
E1, 4C, 4E
No water supply
Start by checking that the water tap is fully open and that the water is flowing freely. Then, carefully examine and clean the mesh filter. Additionally, ensure the water supply hose is not obstructed or twisted, as this can restrict the water flow.
E2, 5C, 5E, SE
Poor drainage
First, connect the emergency hose to drain excess water from the drum. Next, you should clean the pump filter. Finally, thoroughly inspect the drain hose for any kinks, twists, or blockages.
E3, OC, OE, OF
Overflowing
The first step is to check if too much washing powder or liquid has been added. If so, turn off the power, wait for 1 minute, and then switch the power supply back on. The drain pump must drain the water from the washing machine.
E4, Ub, UE
Unbalanced load
This is not a fault but a safety feature. If the appliance detects an unbalanced load during the spin cycle, it will stop spinning to prevent damage. Ensure that the device is placed on a flat and stable surface. Then, add or remove items as needed. If large items such as bath mats or large towels are loaded, add additional towels to create a more balanced load.
E5, E6
Heating element malfunction
In this situation, it is advisable to contact a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the issue.
E7, 1C 1E
Faulty water level sensor
Disconnect your unit from power, then wait for 1 minute. After that, switch the appliance back on and start a new programme.
E8
Water temperature problem
Make sure that the water hose is correctly connected to the cold water source, as indicated by the blue tap.
3C, 3E, 3E1, 3E2, 3E3, 3E4
Broken motor
To diagnose and fix the problem with the motor, it’s recommended to contact a professional technician.

To fix this issue, turn off your machine and restart the cycle.
9E1, 9E2, 9H1
Power error
Start by turning off your unit for a few minutes and then turning it back on. If this doesn’t fix the issue, ensure the socket the appliance is plugged into works. If there is still no power, you may need to replace the fuse in the machine plug.
