Our gas stove was giving us a hard time for months – each element with its own trouble. We finally called Alpha in. Within 5 minutes the trouble was identified and repaired. It was pricey BUT very well done and taken care of. We now have an excellent and reliable stove. MJ

I had called Appliance Repair Experts about my washing machine a few days ago. They called me back promptly and we made an appointment for the next morning with a four hour window. In the morning, I received a call that the technician was on his way so I put on a pot of coffee so I could sit and wait. Didn’t even finish my first cup before he was there. Anyways, the tech had my issue taken care of quickly without making a mess and then he was on his way. I’d use this company again next time I have appliance trouble.

I called re: the water line on my Jenn Air Fridge. They called back immediately and appointment was made the next day. When the technician came he was able to diagnose the issue. He was very knowledgeable with Jenn Air, and explained the problem and what needed to be fixed. Although the part had to be ordered he 1. Gave me the cost (didn’t have to pay untill job completed) 2. Booked an appointment for the next day and showed up to complete the job at the time scheduled. Very happy with the work done, I would recommend if you have a Jenn Air fridge. Mark

My dryer was making an absolutely horrible sound squealing all the time. The guy was able to come in, diagnosed it within five minutes and even though it was an older dryer have the parts within a week and now it purrs like a kitten

I had a different appliance company come over to look at this washing machine and spent $200 on something that was not needed because the leak was still happening. I decided to call Alpha Appliance Service to get another quote of what the problem was. Shakil Arrived at my house and showed me exactly where the water was leaking from in less than five minutes after arriving. Unfortunately, my machine is roughly 15 Years old and the part needed is a special order that was gonna cost me $900. Shakil spent extra time trying to source the part for cheaper but that didn’t exist so I had to make the decision and purchase a new machine. You can trust Superior to give you great service. Walter

Our repair was done timely and well! The service man was pleasant, well mannered and thoughtful of a heavy rainfall day leaving his shoes at the door☺️. Great service. Upon diagnosis of the issue, the serviceman recognized that the issue was likely covered by warranty. He then instructed us on how to get this fixed through a certified warranty repair company. Thankful for the honesty. Will use this company for any future issues.

Prompt response and follow up on a service call for our dishwasher.

My Samsung fridge was making a terrible noise, called the company and they had an appointment for same day. I asked for a few days later actually and they were able to accommodate. The repair person was very friendly and assessed the issues and identified that an internal fan was not working. He told me that it needed to be ordered and would take a few weeks as not available in BC. As my surprise, he called the following day and told me that was able to find the part and could come immediately. He arrived in 15 min with the part and fixed the fridge. It works very well now, like new. If wasn’t fixed, I’m sure the fridge would be beyond repair as was running basically 24 hours a day to keep the temperature. Excellent service, excellent repair person. And a week later, customer service contacted me asking about the repair and If I was satisfied… yes very much and highly recommended. I will be able to use my fridge for a few more years.

Tech arrived in expected timeframe and was able to replace a broken part fairly quickly for my dryer. Dryer is currently working again, fingers crossed the replacement does the trick long-term.

He got to work diagnosing the fridge’s issues and he found that the problem would cost almost as much as a new fridge. Instead of pressuring me to fix, he encourage looking at buying a new appliance.
