Our repair was done timely and well! The service man was pleasant, well mannered and thoughtful of a heavy rainfall day leaving his shoes at the door☺️. This is my first appliance repair in many, many years so of course the cost has gone up and I was A little shocked at the price but it was fair given the years!

Quick response to email requesting service with next day service from an knowledgeable repair person who provided excellent service.

Showed up quickly and was able to fix dishwasher within 15 minutes. Very helpful and showed me the problem and the part that had come loose. Explained how to put part back in on my own if it came loose again.

Experience was excellent will use again and recommend.

We were very pleased with the workers and input on what parts were needed and why. They were quick and quit. Patient and understanding about out needs as we had to delay them for a day.

The tech was by our home, a little later than expected, but he was thorough and advised me of the cost of the new part. It was $800.00 without taxes or installation. He advised it may be better to look for a new washer, which is what I did.

The technician was professional and thorough. They diagnosed the issue quickly and removed a significant amount of ice buildup caused by a blocked defrost drain. The freezer is working better for now, and I do appreciate that they took the time to do a more complete job than a previous repair I had done elsewhere. That said, the cost felt quite high for the work performed, $265 plus tax for about an hour, especially since I’ve had similar ice removal done in the past for much less. While the service was good, I’m not fully convinced the underlying issue has been permanently resolved, as I’m already hearing some cracking sounds again. Overall, I’m satisfied with the professionalism and effort, but the pricing makes it hard to feel the value matched the cost.

Even though it was snowing heavily, he came on time and fixed the dryer perfectly. There was a lot of dust inside, but he cleaned it thoroughly, and now it works

He got to work diagnosing the fridge’s issues and he found that the problem would cost almost as much as a new fridge. Instead of pressuring me to fix, he encourage looking at buying a new appliance.
