I had a good experience. Two technicians came. They diagnosed my fridge problem quickly and replaced the part. Everything was cleaned up and left as it was. I would recommend them and will call them again when needed.

Had a great experience. My Jenn Air dishwasher was not cleaning my dishes properly and I needed a fix. I searched this company via google and they showed up the same day (Monday). They let me know the issues. Walked me through my options and by Friday my dishwasher was up and running as a part had to be ordered and shipped from Calgary. Technician called promptly and when he heard my description of the problem, he knew what the problem was and what part was needed. Showed with the part and repaired the problem. While doing that, he offered advice on possible future problems. He wasn’t trying to upsell, just observations. He was knowledgeable and explained everything so I took him up on solving future problems. Very satisfied with the service I got from Parviz !!

Excellent customer care. They came the same day and repaired our stove. They had the parts in the truck. Ensured the oven worked before leaving. He gave us some tips to ensure the element heats up properly. Very polite and respectful. They called the next day asking if we are satisfied with their work. We will definitely use them again.

When they visited the house for a dishwasher repair they were on time and efficient. They gar a fair estimate the repair. We paid for the estimate and decided to buy a new dishwasher in the end.

Great service. Upon diagnosis of the issue, the serviceman recognized that the issue was likely covered by warranty. He then instructed us on how to get this fixed through a certified warranty repair company. Thankful for the honesty. Will use this company for any future issues.

Prompt response and follow up on a service call for our dishwasher.

My Samsung fridge was making a terrible noise, called the company and they had an appointment for same day. I asked for a few days later actually and they were able to accommodate. The repair person was very friendly and assessed the issues and identified that an internal fan was not working. He told me that it needed to be ordered and would take a few weeks as not available in BC. As my surprise, he called the following day and told me that was able to find the part and could come immediately. He arrived in 15 min with the part and fixed the fridge. It works very well now, like new. If wasn’t fixed, I’m sure the fridge would be beyond repair as was running basically 24 hours a day to keep the temperature. Excellent service, excellent repair person. And a week later, customer service contacted me asking about the repair and If I was satisfied… yes very much and highly recommended. I will be able to use my fridge for a few more years.

Tech arrived in expected timeframe and was able to replace a broken part fairly quickly for my dryer. Dryer is currently working again, fingers crossed the replacement does the trick long-term.

Our LG dryer was producing a burning smell and the technician cleaned lint from inside the housing and replaced a worn felt seal that was causing friction against the drum 👏
