Switch off the water supply, and swap the hoses. Run another cycle to confirm that the hoses are installed correctly.

Something in your load might be stopping the lid from securing. Have a quick look for any objects right under the lid. Also, check for any detergent accumulation around the lid’s latch mechanism.
