    Electrical control unit malfunction
    Disconnect power to the dishwasher. Wait for 5 minutes. Connect the appliance to power. If the code reappears after power has been restored, you should replace the main control electronic unit.

    A button on the control panel of the user interface has become stuck
    Press all the buttons on the control panel again. If a button or buttons do not work, unplug the dishwasher immediately and disconnect the wiring harness. Put the door back in place, but with the user interface cable harness disconnected. Do not close the door. Reconnect the dishwasher to the power supply and let it run for at least 7 seconds. Close the door. The drain pump does not switch on if the buttons are stuck because the user interface wiring harness is detached from the electronic control module. In this situation, replace the electronic control module. Replace the main electronic control unit if you do not hear any sounds made by the drain pump.

    Thermistor sensor or OWI sensor failure
    A thermistor measures the water temperature, and an OWI (optical water indicator) sensor is responsible for detecting the water level inside the dishwasher’s tub. Unplug the unit. Check the wiring between the OWI sensor and the thermistor. If the cable harness has been damaged, you can repair it or buy a new one. If the wiring is in good condition, a new OWI thermistor/sensor will be required.

    Disconnect power to the dishwasher. Check the wiring between the OWI sensor and the main electronic control. Repair the cable harness or buy a new one if it is damaged. If the wiring is in good condition, a new OWI thermistor/sensor will be required.

    The electronic control unit does not communicate
    Disconnect the dishwasher’s mains to shut it down. Check the cable that connects the circulation pump to the cable harness and secure any exposed wires. The cable harness should be replaced if damaged. Replace the circulation pumps and drive assemblies if all wiring is working correctly. If the problem continues, replace the electronic control unit.

    Door switch failure
    The display will show this error number if you do not close the dishwasher within 4 seconds after pressing the Start/Rinse Button or if your door lock assembly is defective. Close the dishwasher door within 4 seconds of pressing Start/Rinse. If the cycle doesn’t start and the fault code remains the same, replace the door switch. Disconnect the mains from the dishwasher to shut it down. When the door is removed, you can check the wiring for the door switch. If there are any loose wires, you can reattach them or, if your cable harness is damaged and needs to be replaced, replace them. If the wiring looks good, you can replace the door latch assembly.

    The main control unit detects unopened doors
    Between washing cycles, it controls the activation of the door switch. It will not run the next cycle until it is activated. The cycle will stop if the door has not been opened after the previous cycle. Close the door again, then open it. If the problem persists, repeat this process. The door switch might be broken and must be changed if your wash cycle won’t begin. To simulate the process of opening the door, unplug and then reconnect the dishwasher to the socket. If the wash cycle is not starting, the door switch or door latch assembly are likely broken.

    The dishwasher doesn’t fill with water
    Check the area beneath the dishwasher overflow for any debris or blockages that may have accumulated. It is important to ensure that the overflow float is in its highest position to prevent the dishwasher from overfilling. To begin troubleshooting, disconnect the dishwasher from its power supply. Next, remove the valve at the dishwasher inlet and disconnect the power supply line. Take a moment to inspect the filter and clean it if you find any clogs or debris. If the filter mesh is severely clogged, it may be necessary to replace the valve. Another potential issue could be a blockage preventing the water inlet valve from closing properly. To test the water flow, position the tip of the dishwasher hose into a container and check if water flows smoothly through the valve. If the water flow appears normal, proceed to inspect the wiring connected to the valve. If you notice any damage or loose wires in the wiring harness, it is advisable to either replace the harness or reconnect the wires securely. If both the primary electronic control unit and the water inlet valve are functioning correctly, the wiring harness should be replaced.

    Faulty inlet water valve
    Unplug the dishwasher from the mains to switch it off. Remove the lower front panel and the toe panel. Check the wires connected to the valve. Any disconnected cables must be reconnected. If damaged, replace the entire wiring harness. Use a multimeter to check the resistance of the water inlet valve to ensure that the wiring is in good condition. The resistance across the water inlet valve should be around 1,400 ohms. Replace the valve if the resistance is higher than normal. Replace the primary control unit if the problem persists.

    The dishwasher needs to be off for a minimum of 5 minutes. If the error still occurs after power is restored, you need to replace your primary electronic controller.

    The water pump may have air bubbles or suds
    Check that there is not too much foam in the water. If there is, empty the water and stop the cycle. The pump should remove the water within 3 minutes. If you cannot remove the water with the pump, use a vacuum cleaner or towel to scoop up the water. If you notice any damage to the detergent dispenser, replace it. When using a dishwasher, it’s important to use detergent specifically designed for dishwashers. Regular soap can create excessive soap suds, which can be problematic. If you notice excessive suds, check the water level in the dishwasher. Insufficient water levels can cause air to enter the pump. You can verify the correct water level by ensuring it reaches the bottom of the mushroom-shaped float. Once you confirm the water level has decreased, inspect the dishwasher for any bowls or containers that may have water residue. This could indicate that they were accidentally knocked over during the wash cycle. Make sure to securely place dishes on the rack. If the dishwasher has low water levels but no obstructions, it’s possible that the inlet valve is closed. To address this, turn off the water tap and disconnect the dishwasher from the power supply. Remove the water supply line from the dishwasher inlet valve and inspect the filter for any clogs. If the filter mesh is blocked, replace the valve. Debris can sometimes cause blockages in the water valve, preventing it from opening or closing properly. To check if water flows freely, place the tip of the dishwasher hose in a container and open the water tap. Ensure the water flows without any obstructions and the filter is clean. Inspect the wiring connected to the water valve to ensure it’s intact and functioning correctly. If you find any damage to the wiring harness, either replace it or reconnect any disconnected cables. Proper functioning of the wiring harness is essential for the water valve to operate effectively.

    Keypad panel malfunction
    This code will appear when one of the keypad panels becomes stuck. You can try to release the stuck key. You will have to replace the panel if you cannot release it.

    Heater relay malfunction
    In this situation, you must repair the defective heater control relay. Disconnect the dryer from the power supply and replace the defective electronic control unit with a new one.

    Outlet thermal sensor malfunction
    The main unit will detect an open outlet thermal sensing when you see the error code. Test the sensor resistance by disconnecting your dryer. The tester’s reading should be around 10,000 ohms. Purchase a replacement outlet thermal sensor if the old one is defective.

    Inlet thermal sensor failure
    If you see an error code, the temperature sensor at the inlet to the main unit has opened. Check the resistance of the part by disconnecting the dryer. The tester should show around 50,000 ohms. If the output temperature sensor is faulty, it should be replaced. Warning: On this dryer, the inlet sensor is used in conjunction with the thermostat.

    Do not rush to replace the heater, as it may be a problem with the control board. If this is not the case, have the heater checked immediately. Remove all containers, baskets and other items from the refrigerator and unplug it. Remove the front panel of the freezer compartment using a flat-blade screwdriver. Check the evaporator and defrost all heater coils. The heater must be removed with extreme care. Do not put any pressure on the coils. Replace the heater in the refrigerator.

    The problem may be caused either by poor wiring or loose connectors. Remove the cover and check the CON6 connector on the main controller board. Make sure that there are no problems with the wiring harness. Check the dispenser’s wiring harness and connections if you find no problems.

    Disconnect the freezer sensor from the wiring harness and unplug your refrigerator. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the sensor. If the resistance value is less than 10 ohms, it indicates a faulty sensor that needs to be replaced. To ensure that your multimeter is accurately measuring the resistance, reconnect the sensor and measure the resistance across the freezer sensor wires connected to the electronic controller board (gray/white cables on connector J4A). After disconnecting connector J4A from the control board, measure the resistance on the grey and white wires. The reading on the multimeter should correspond to the temperature reading. If the meter correctly measures the resistance of the sensor through the cables, the electronic control panel likely needs to be replaced as it is not accurately detecting the resistance of the sensor. However, if the meter indicates a resistance of fewer than 10 ohms for the sensor wires, the issue lies with the wiring, and it should be inspected for any faults or damage.

    Failure of the evaporator fan circuit While the refrigerator is unplugged, inspect the evaporator wiring harness in the freezer section.
    Connect the loose plug to the wiring harness. Verify the connection of the wiring harness to the electronic control panel (brown/white, yellow/white, and blue/white cables on J4A; and red/white cable on J4B) by checking the evaporator-fan wiring connections. If electrical connections are intact, it is necessary to replace the evaporator. The electronic control board must be replaced if the problem persists.
