Poor drain
You should check the drain valve, drain hose and impeller. There is a high probability that any of these parts are damaged. Please contact a professional.

Obstructed drain
You must look at the drain line to find the cause of the issue. It might be blocked, which would result in this error. If yes, make sure all the debris is removed.

Not draining
This issue is caused by the drain mode. The dishwasher cannot switch to this mode. The homeowner will need help solving this problem. You can only reset the device.

C4

Too much water
To solve this issue, restart the device. The float may need to be checked if this problem continues. This float is shaped like a cup inside the machine. You can also check for obvious debris and obstructions in the sump. Installed on the rear of the machine near the ground. It looks similar to a basket.

Insufficient water and/or short drain times
Check the pressure in the device. Check that the float valve and the inlet valve are working properly.

A temperature sensor that is not working properly
Start the device. Check the connections of the wires if the issue persists. The C7 code may be caused by a loose connection. If the connection is tight, it may be necessary to replace the control board or water temperature sensor.

Detergent cup
For some reason, the detergent cup won’t open. You can clean the cup if it is necessary. The cup could be broken if this doesn’t help. To replace the broken detergent container, purchase a brand new one.

Start the machine and wait for one hour. You can press the START key repeatedly until you stop the delayed start. The dishwasher can be used as usual after that.

Leakage
Check that the drain pipe is not leaking by inspecting it at both ends. Also, make sure there are no leaks under the dishwasher. If there are none, check that the impeller has not been damaged or is securely attached.

Foaming excessively
The tank on the right of the dishwasher has an overflow sensor. It is necessary to drain water from the tank in order to reset the overflow sensor. Remove the black rubber plug located at the base of the tank. If necessary, take off the insulation on the bottom of the tank.
