Malfunction of the ice maker

To solve the problem, switch off the refrigerator until the ice maker and ice storage bin are completely defrosted. Make sure that the door remains open during defrosting. If defrosting does not resolve the problem, replace the water valve and the ice maker.

Temperature sensor failure

Start by disconnecting the refrigerator from the power source. Locate the temperature sensor and disconnect the wire harnesses connected to it. Use a multimeter to test the continuity of the sensor. If there is no continuity, it is advisable to seek assistance from a professional to replace the temperature sensor.

PO

Power outage

When a power outage occurs, the refrigerator’s control panel will display “PO” and emit three alert tones. Press the “MEASURED FILL” button under “Confirm” until the “PO” message disappears and the display returns to the Home screen.

HI

High temperature alert

Check the temperature setting of the refrigerator and adjust it if necessary. If the settings are correct, inspect the evaporator coils for excessive frost buildup, as this can cause high temperatures.
