I contacted these guys for the Whirlpool refrigerator repair, my unit was not cooling enough. The technician figured out that the compressor failed. He offered to replace it with a spare the next day, but we agreed on my next free day (in 3 days). He did it and I am satisfied with the result.
Jan 17, 2024Had an appointment scheduled and the tech Mehedi was kind enough to reach out earlier in the week to come by to assess the washer just in case a part was needed (good to see proactiveness). Mehedi was kind, courteous, and wanted to ensure that I wouldn’t overspend on my repair. He disassembled the entire washer to diagnose the appropriate issue and based on his findings was kind enough to advise that the part plus labour would be even more than a comparable washer brand new. Even though Mehedi didn’t end up repairing the washer he provided me the best financial option for me. I would definitely call this company again for future appliance repairs/assessment.
Jul 18, 2024Fast service (next day!), the repair was completed at the same time as the diagnostic because they thought ahead to bring the part, polite, considerate, excellent. Highly recommend. You pay for the diagnostic but they deduct that amount from the service if you move forward!
