To resolve this issue, you need to reset the control panel. Start by disconnecting your unit from the power source for one minute. If your device is plugged into an outlet, simply unplug it and then plug it back in. If the dishwasher is hardwired to the power supply, turn off the breaker at the home electrical panel that powers it for one minute and then turn it back on.

Too much foam

If the sensing system detects foam or suds, it may cause improper operation or prevent proper water filling. To fix this problem, use a plastic cup to remove as much foam as possible. Then, take all dishes and add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable cooking oil to the bottom of the dishwasher to suppress the suds. Afterwards, run a full cycle without using any detergent or dishes.

The service employee, Sam, simply did an amazing job. He didn’t push to fix it, did a proper evaluation of how much it would cost to fix it. He gave us different suggestions for a new dishwasher. Sam is extremely competent and trustworthy. I highly recommended this company and Sam, in particular. You can’t ask for any better service. It was also extremely fast to get the service.
