    To fix this problem, find the top two buttons on the left side of the control panel. You may also need to use the top button on the right side on more recent models. Next, press these buttons together for approximately 5 to 8 seconds until you hear a chime.

    This is not a fault but a safety feature. If the appliance detects an unbalanced load during the spin cycle, it will stop spinning to prevent damage. Ensure that the device is placed on a flat and stable surface. Then, add or remove items as needed. If large items such as bath mats or large towels are loaded, add additional towels to create a more balanced load.
