We had requested service on our built-in ice maker that was clogging up. Service reviewed the condition and noted that it is a design problem with no fix. All that can be done is to ensure emptying the ice maker daily to eliminate the overproduction. Helpful but disappointing to learn. Service was professional and courteous.
