If the same problem pops up again, we’ll come back and fix it for free. Our warranty covers the specific repair we did—it doesn’t cover brand-new issues, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

We make things easy by coming straight to your door. Once we arrive, we’ll take a look at the problem and explain exactly what’s going on in simple terms. If you approve the repair plan, we’ll fix your unit using high-quality parts. Our expert always tests everything before leaving to make sure it’s running perfectly. If we need to grab a specific part and come back another day, don’t worry—the second visit is on us!
How much will my repair cost?
Once we’re at your home, our expert will assess your appliance and give you a detailed estimate. Our diagnostic visits start at $79 (plus tax), but the exact price depends on where you live—our dispatcher will give you the specific total when you book. From there, the choice is yours! If you decide to go ahead with the repair, we’ll waive that diagnostic fee entirely. You’ll only pay for the parts and the labour.
